  • The package includes 3 night stay with max 20 Guests, Continental Breakfast for 20 Guests, staff for breakfast and ordinary daily maid service without extraboard, Pool with Solarium, Parking and Taxing.

The quoted price in total is:

    The quoted price in total is:

Weekly Golf Player Package

Weekly Package includes:

  • 7 nights stay for 2 persons at Relais Tenuta La Sugheraia. Accomodation in an Apartment (double bedroom, bathroom ,livingroom, kitchen  and private terrace) or in a Suite (double bedroom, bathroom and private livingroom) frigobar service, air cond/heating,Tvsat, daily maid service, open air swimming pool with solarium and parking area.
    Continental Breakfast for 2 persons.

  •  n.4 complementary snacks at the buvette of the Golf Club for one person

  • n.2 complementary daily fees for one person

  • Priority Time at Maremmello Golf Club, member of the Italian Golf Association,9 holes,double starts, par 72.
                   and/or
    Priority Time at Argentario Golf Club, member of the Italian Golf Association, 18 holes,par 71
    (The players can have bags and golf cars available for rent in both Golf Clubs)
    Special Rates for our Clients, about single lessons or packages with a PRO teacher.

How to book and general terms and conditions
Send us your request for reservation or for information. We will respond to your request by e-mail, confirming availability, within 48 hours.

  • To confirm your reservation, send us - within 48 hours - an advance deposit (Travel Check, bank transfer) for 30% of the total cost.
  • The balance is due on arrival. We accept Bancomat and Visa.
  • We request a damage deposit of a minimum of Euro 300,00 in order to cover any damage to the accomodation or its contents. This deposit will be returned on departure after a joint check of the premises. The deposit must be paid on arrival when the keys are handed over. We will inform you of the exact amount of the deposit when contacting you regarding availability.
  • We must be informed of cancellation of the reservation, or of changes to the length of stay, in writing (fax or e-mail) and within 30 days of arrival; otherwise, the advance deposit is forfeited.
  • We prefer to hand over the keys by 6:30 PM, and not before 14,30 unless otherwise agreed.
  • Departure is by 10:30 AM. The accomodation must be handed over freely and in the same state in which it was made available.
  • If the accomodation becomes unavailable due to force majeure, it will be our responsibility to make another, similar available. If the latter is not accepted, the entire amount received by us will be reimbursed, with no other claim being admissible.
  • Only the number of people specified in the reservation may stay in the relais. This number may only be changed upon the owner's previous agreement. Lack of respect for this condition will result in termination of the stay, with immediate return of the keys and no further claim.
  • Guests are required to conduct themselves and to behave in keeping with generally accepted morality and proper social conduct and must not create disturbance due to noise, arguments, high-volume sound or anything else contradictory to general, good civic behaviour.
  • Any controversy falls within the jurisdiction of the Court of Orbetello. The rental relationship implies the tacit acceptance of the foregoing conditions. Any exceptions must be approved by the owner in writing.
  • Smoking permitted.
  • No minimum stay.
  • Alcohol may be consumed on the premises.
  • Small pets welcome.
  • We accept Bancomat and Visa.
