Our services included in the fee
Continental breakfast for n.2 persons with buffet of home
made cakes, in addition if required an assorted taste of cheese with ham, soft boiled
eggs, scrambled eggs, fired eggs, fresh fruit in season, cereals, your favorite
italian newspaper, one welcoming basket of seasonal fruit in the room, tv satellite,
internet access no limits, private samovar with assorted choice of tea, coffee and
crockery 2 people for every accomodation, minibar service, air conditioning, heating,
summer and/or winter linen (bed linen, table linen and bath linen) pool towels,
the estate crockery, private bath complete with courtesy kit, bathtube and large
shower, hair deyers, soft bathrobes and luxury toiletries, 2 time daily cleaning,
change of beds linen twice per week, twice daily change of bathtowels, (wasching
machine/dryer and private terrace for the apartments only) swimming pool and solarium,
parking.
The following services are not included but available on request
for a fee
Extra breakfast à la carte menu, hampers for dinner, telephone, maid service extra,
baby sitter, boat and dinghy rentals, elitaxi, baloon flight, aeroplane trips and/or
individual flying lessons and/or acrobatics, touristic flying on the Maremma area.
In the Apartments only is available the service of the first
expense: € 100,00 (the price includes the time necessary for shopping and the
list of supplies includes: bread, butter, jam, eggs, 2 litres of milk, a packet
of Earl Grey tea, a packet of coffee, jars of natural yoghurt, 2 bottles of orange
juice, 2 kg of the season's fruit, 2 kg of pasta, 2 jars of tomato sauce, 1 large
piece of Parmesan cheese, lettuce and tomatoes, extra-virgin olive oil, 2 litres
of mineral water, 2 bottles of beer, 1 bottle of wine, and dish soap).
Beach/Club House - Il Tramonto and/or Florida
The management of Tenuta La Sugheraia has obtained special care for its Guests at
"Il Tramonto" and "Florida" two exlusive bathing establishments
and restaurants located within easy reach of the Estate.
