Wie Sie buchen und Allgemeine Mietbedingungen
Senden Sie uns Ihre Anfrage wegen einer Buchung oder eine Bitte um nähere Informationen.

  • Innerhalb von 48 Stunden werden wir Ihnen auf Ihre Anfrage antworten mittels E-Mail, in der wir Ihnen die Buchung bestätigen.
  • Senden Sie uns per Travellers' Cheques oder Banküberweisung innerhalb von zwei Tagen eine Anzahlung von bis zu 30% der Gesamtkosten, damit Ihre Buchung rechtsgültig wird.
  • Der Rest der Summe wird von Ihnen bei der Ankunft an Ort und Stelle bezahlt. Wir akzeptieren keine Kreditkarten.
  • Für eventuelle Schäden am Apartment oder den darin befindlichen Einrichtungsgegenständen ist eine Kaution von mindestens Euro 300,00 zu hinterlegen, die Ihnen bei der Abreise nach vorheriger Kontrolle des Mietobjektes wieder ausgezahlt wird. Die Kaution ist bei der Ankunft im Zusammenhang mit der Aushändigung der Schlüssel zu bezahlen. Der genaue Betrag der zu hinterlegenden Kaution wird Ihnen zusammen mit der Buchungsbestätigung mitgeteilt.
  • Die Stornierung der Buchung oder eine Veränderung der Dauer des Aufenthaltes ist uns schriftlich per Fax oder E-Mail innerhalb von dreißig Tagen vor der geplanten Ankunft mitzuteilen, ansonsten verfällt die Anzahlung.
  • Die Aushändigung der Schlüssel ist für ca. 18.30 h vorgesehen, außer es wird etwas anderes vereinbart.
  • Die Abreise ist bis 10:30 h vorgesehen. Das Apartment ist geräumt und in dem Zustand zu übergeben, in dem es übernommen wurde.
  • Falls aus Gründen höherer Gewalt das gebuchte Apartment nicht verfügbar sein sollte, ist es an uns, für ein anderes Apartment mit ähnlichen Eigenschaften zu sorgen. Wenn dieser Ersatz nicht akzeptiert wird, wird die gesamte, bereits gezahlte Summe rückerstattet, ohne weitere Ansprüche.
  • In dem Apartment können nur jene Personen wohnen, die in der Buchung genannt sind. Im Fall von Änderungen ist es unerläßlich, vorher das Einverständnis des Eigentümers einzuholen. Die Nichtbeachtung des Obengenannten führt zur sofortigen Beendigung des Aufenthaltes, das Apartment ist ohne weitere Ansprüche zu verlassen.
  • Die Gäste sind gehalten, sich gemäß den Regeln der Moral und des gedeihlichen Zusammenlebens zu verhalten. Sie haben Störungen durch Geschrei, Lärm oder Streitigkeiten zu vermeiden, gemäß den Regeln des Gemeinsinns.
  • Für alle eventuellen Streitfälle ist das Amtsgericht Orbetello zuständig. Das Mietverhältnis setzt das stillschweigende Einverständnis mit den oben genannten Modalitäten voraus, eventuelle Abweichungen sind schriftlich zu vereinbaren.
  • Rauchen erlaubt.
  • Es gibt bei uns keine Mindestaufenthaltsdauer.
  • Der Konsum von Alkohol ist erlaubt.
  • Kleine Haustiere sind möglich.
  • Wir akzeptieren Kreditkarten, Visa.
