To confirm your reservation, send us - within 48 hours - an advance deposit (Credit Card and/or Bank transfer) of 30% of the total cost due with the booking. The Management inform their new Guests that it is possible insure directly the cost of their holidays with a simply and cheap insurance StornoHotel policy of ERG european insurance company. For foreign citizens, the same company has a branch of jurisdiction in each country, to which it is possible to refer freely via Internet. The balance is due on arrival. We accept Bancomat and Visa. Personal cheques are not accepted. For any incidentals or damage for carelessness caused to the property, interior fabrics and / or furniture, etc..., the property will retain the guest responsible and severally liable at check out. We must be informed of cancellation of the reservation, or of changes to the length of stay, in writing by e-mail and at least 30 days before the arrival date; otherwise, the advance deposit will not be refunded. If the full or partial cancellation of the reservation comes within 5 days before the arrival, 50% of the total amount will be due for the holiday already booked. We request to Guests to check the date of check-in and check-out. In the case of arrival/departure post and/or before the booking date as european law we must charge the daily rate of the days booked but not used. In case of no-show, the penalty is the total amount due for the days already booked. The check-in is from 14:30 till 20:00 (the service is not available late evening & night). The check-out at 10:30 unless otherwise agreed on the booking. If the accommodation becomes unavailable due to force majeure, it will be our responsibility to make another, similar available. If the latter is not accepted, the entire amount received by us will be reimbursed, with no other claim being admissible. Once checked-in, the accommodation formally accepted, gives no rights to submit complaints regarding pretext to achieve price reductions. The customer in this case, however, has the right to give a written explanation at the time of check-in and will receive a full refund of the deposit paid with nothing to claim. Only the number of people specified in the reservation may stay in the Relais. This number may only be changed upon the owner's previous agreement. In case of changes, you must obtain the prior consent of the owner. Reservations are registered and are not transferable to third parties. Lack of respect for these conditions will automatically suspend the stay, with immediate return of the keys and no further claim. Guests are required to behave with accepted morality and proper social conduct and must not create disturbance due to noise, arguments, high-volume sound or any other contradictory to a general and good civic behaviour. Clients do not have the permission to picnic with their own food in their external and internal areas of the estate’s property. It is not allowed to bring and / or prepare and / or consume own meals in the Jr Suites / Suites. The use of irons or high voltage electrical equipment is not allowed in the Jr. Suites / Suites. Please do not store wet or damp clothing on beds, sofas, upholstery, and store food only in the spaces, such as mini bar and / or tables. It is absolutely prohibited the use of any cooking device brought by the customer. It is not allowed, under any circumstances, to remove the towels from the bathrooms and the linen from the bedrooms that are generally available to the Guest. In case of necessity, were lacking, the Management lends, purely as a courtesy, only the special towels for its own pool as long as they are never used to go to the beach. In violation of these provisions, the responsible can submit immediate expulsion. In relation to the quality of maid service, the Hotel Management informs its guests to ensure that the rooms are accessible between 11 am and 12 pm (noon) to allow its staff the possibility to complete the necessary daily cleaning of the house before the end of their working turns. Evening maid service till h/20:00 o'clock. Any controversy falls within the jurisdiction of the Court of Orbetello. The rental relationship implies the tacit acceptance of the foregoing conditions. Any exceptions must be approved by the owner in writing. Smoking is permitted on the Garden Area only, not inside the accommodations. No minimum stay. Alcohol may be consumed on the premises. Small pets are welcome, only after previous agreement with our General Manager. We accept Bancomat and Visa.
